| Let's do an update!
I have a job working as an administrative assistant to a team of three women, who all work for one man. I do a little of everything from property management and event planning to going to the post office and filing. I can't say that I love this job but I am ok with this job. It is paying the bills and keeping me humble. I don't know why God has me here yet. My heart is still in ministry and I know it is where I am supposed to be some day.
My friend noted to me today that ministry is wherever you are. In my position, my ministry is to serve those I work for and to build relationships with them in order to show Jesus to them every day. I can't let my pride take over and say "I deserve better than low-end of the totem pole." What I deserve is much worse, but there is grace and God's love.
I won't give up on this job, but I am continually looking for a job in a ministry - in a place where my heart truly belongs..
My next goal: to stop worrying about everything and learn to trust again. I think trust in God has to be a continual reminder because things will start to go well and you forget that you got there by trusting him to take care of you and at some point, you think you did it all yourself. Then God says, "Hey, do you remember when I picked you up out of insecurity and placed you in this good place? Now look, you've messed it all up and I have to pick you up again. I want to pick you up and to bless you. I want good for you, but you need to trust me to step out in faith. I will give you good if you will let me." I will let him... |

| So, it's been awhile. I just thought I would update and say hello. I live in Florida now! It's pretty much as amazing as it sounds. Learning to be an adult and resposible for things is quite another task though. However, I'm loving life and living it to the fullest! God Bless, my friends! |

| It's a wonderful day!!!!
I had an amazing interview with a church in Orlando!!! It went really well!! I love the people, the church, and the community!
Yeah, I'm excited! This could all very well be a very very positive thing!
And I get to see the Blue Men Group perform tonight!
It is a good good day!
